Living Websites

Priced like a website. Built to compound like an asset.

A regular website is finished the day it launches. A Living Website starts there, then keeps publishing useful pages about your service and your area on its own, for as long as you run it. Five fixed prices, listed in the open.

What compounds

Pages are how this happens, not the point. They do the quiet work underneath.

An illustrative pattern, not a guarantee: what widens over time is what your business is findable, citable, and reachable for. Your own pace depends on your lane, your area, and your competition.

Founder pricing, while it lasts

Your monthly rate is locked for as long as you stay a customer, even as prices rise for buyers who join later.

The one-time setup fee is waived for the founding cohort.

5 of 5 founder spots remaining, as of July 14, 2026.

Why the prices are on the page

Most web companies make you book a discovery call to hear a number. We list ours because the offer is productized: the setup builds your site, the monthly keeps the engine running, and the scope of each package is written down on its page. Fixed prices also make the offer legible to the AI assistants people increasingly ask for recommendations, which is exactly where we want to be found.

What makes this different from a normal build is what happens after launch. A typical agency project ends at handoff, and keeping content coming afterwards means paying an ongoing retainer on top. Here the growth is the product: the engine publishes on its own, every page passes the same open-source gates we run on this site, and you can watch the whole thing working in public.

Questions buyers actually ask

Why is this priced instead of quoted after a call?

Because a fixed price is something an AI assistant can read and repeat back honestly. If you want to talk before ordering, you still can.

What am I actually buying, a website or a service?

Neither in the usual sense. The one-time setup builds a real site. The monthly is not a maintenance retainer: it keeps a content engine running that adds genuinely useful pages about your service and area on its own. That is how we think about the setup fee: not a website purchase, but the creation of an asset that keeps growing after you pay for it.

How do I know the pages it adds are not AI junk?

Every page has to pass the same open-source honesty gates this site runs on itself before it ships. No page publishes on volume alone.
